Over the past several months, YES Family Consulting has had the privilege of working alongside the leadership team at New York Center for Living during a meaningful period of growth and transition.
Our work has focused on strengthening organizational alignment, deepening family engagement, and supporting clinical and operational cohesion as NYCFL steps into its next chapter under the leadership of Dr. Nicholas Kardaras.
We were proud to co-host NYCFL’s recent Open House, an opportunity to bring together colleagues, referents, and community partners to experience the program’s evolving vision and the momentum underway.
This moment also reflects the enduring vision of founder Elizabeth Kabler, whose commitment to expanding access to high-quality intensive outpatient care for adolescents and young adults with substance use challenges has remained steadfast.
With Dr. Kardaras’ leadership, NYCFL is now positioned to expand that impact even further—addressing the growing intersection of substance use and technology addiction that continues to affect the health and development of our young people.
We are grateful to stand alongside a team leading with clarity, purpose, and a deep commitment to the next generation.
