Meet
MARTIN GAUDRAULT,
CRC
Martin Gaudrault is a Certified Recovery Coach with over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Martin joined YES Family Consulting in 2025 as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Client Experience.
Coaching built on Empowerment and Accountability
Coaching sits at the center of Martin's work at YES. He coaches individuals in recovery and the families around them, including siblings, who often carry the weight of a loved one's crisis with the least support.
His approach centers on empowerment, accountability, and practical guidance, helping clients set and reach wellness goals that hold up outside the treatment setting.
When a family isn't sure what kind of care they need, Martin helps them navigate it: assessing options across a confusing treatment landscape and matching people with programs that actually fit.
Martin is dedicated to making a lasting difference for the individuals and families he works with, translating years of frontline behavioral health experience into guidance clients can actually use.
When a family calls YES in crisis, Martin is often the first person they speak with.
Years of running admissions at leading treatment centers taught him what people need in that moment.
A calm voice. Straight answers. A clear next step.

A CAREER BUILT ACROSS LEADING TREATMENT CENTERS
Martin has held leadership positions at Caron Treatment Centers, High Watch Recovery Center, and J. Flowers Health Institute, experience that has shaped his ability to connect individuals with the right resources at the right time.
Martin's path through direct client care, admissions, provider relations, operations, and business development gives him a working knowledge of recovery support at every level of the system, not just the coaching seat.
At YES, he also leads strategic partnerships and supports the firm's growth, keeping its referral and clinical relationships strong so clients get timely access to trusted care.
