Martin Gaudrault is a Certified Recovery Coach with over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Martin joined YES Family Consulting in 2025 as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Client Experience.

Coaching sits at the center of Martin's work at YES. He coaches individuals in recovery and the families around them, including siblings, who often carry the weight of a loved one's crisis with the least support.
His approach centers on empowerment, accountability, and practical guidance, helping clients set and reach wellness goals that hold up outside the treatment setting.

Martin's path through direct client care, admissions, provider relations, operations, and business development gives him a working knowledge of recovery support at every level of the system, not just the coaching seat.
