Yasmin Sorte is the visionary founder of YES Family Consulting, a boutique practice dedicated to transforming the landscape of behavioral healthcare through bespoke treatment solutions that cater to the individual needs of clients.

Yasmin's approach to treatment is both innovative and empathetic. She believes in the power of education and understanding to unravel the complex interplay between an individual's past experiences, beliefs, behaviors, and relationships. By focusing on these areas, she provides a direct, motivational, and empowering roadmap for recovery that is tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Through YES Family Consulting, Yasmin continues to break new ground by offering flexible, meticulously designed recovery options to meet the needs of those in distress.  Her work is driven by a commitment to helping individuals and families not only recover but thrive by transforming their challenges into stepping stones for a healthier, more fulfilling future.

A steadfast advocate for families, Yasmin invests herself wholeheartedly in the care and ongoing success of each client. She upholds the highest standards of safety, discretion, and privacy, ensuring all client interactions are conducted with the utmost confidentiality.

Since 2010, Yasmin's experience in family support services, aftercare planning, and recovery coaching has given her a profound understanding of the complexities families face during crises. This insight has driven her to create innovative care pathways that do not necessarily require residential treatment.

A LEGACY OF EXCEPTIONAL CARE

Before founding YES Family Consulting, Yasmin served as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Caron Florida, where she was instrumental in raising over $20 million for scholarships, new programs, and research. Her role involved not only fund development but also the strategic creation and expansion of alumni programs that continue to support individuals and families long after their initial treatment phase. This role allowed her to connect with clients and their families on a deep level, providing her with unique insights into the ongoing support necessary for sustained recovery.

Yasmin also worked extensively with Caron’s Family Department, where she co-facilitated family workshops and intensives. These experiences allowed her to work closely with some of the facility's most complex clients, providing both individual and group therapy. Her work here not only honed her skills in managing intricate family dynamics but also fueled her passion for creating more personalized and accessible treatment options.
