Before joining YES Family Consulting, Molly served as the Executive Director of Innovo Detox, where she successfully launched and led a comprehensive detox and stabilization facility that treated over 2,000 patients in five years. Prior to this, as Corporate Director of Admissions and Development at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center (MARC), Molly demonstrated her ability to create and maintain successful operational systems while ensuring exceptional client care.
